What We Build

Eight paths to knowledge, connection, and tools — each built for a different need, all connected.

I need help right now

CaminoHelp

Spanish-first crisis navigation for Travis County. Five-question triage: crisis type, urgency, location, transportation, language. Matched to verified local resources — food, housing, healthcare, legal, mental health, childcare, utilities, pets. PDF export of your action plan.

When you're in crisis, you don't have time to search. CaminoHelp asks five questions and gives you a plan — in your language, for your location, right now. Every resource is verified. Every pathway is designed for the moment when you need help most.

Status: MVP live. Actively developing trauma-informed triage and expanded resource partnerships.

I need to know my rights and prepare

justNICE

Rights, preparedness, and community resilience. Know your rights. Build your emergency buffers. Data privacy guides, mesh networking how-tos, backyard gardening, survival resources, and the research behind why community preparation matters.

Blog articles on authoritarian control psychology (BITE model), how isolated people find each other (network weaving), and naming what you're experiencing (Meadows leverage points as felt experience). The knowledge exists — justNICE puts it in one place, organized by what you actually need.

I need to understand what's happening

CloudPublica

Independent investigations and research. Structural analysis — not sensational, not opinion. Every claim links to its source. 7 investigations, 5 research articles, 150+ verified sources.

Featured: "The Ontology Architecture" — how the federal government deploys a system that defines what entities exist, what relationships are valid, and what actions are permitted across 9 domains of public life. When you can see the structure, you can see the pattern — and when you can see the pattern, you can act.

I need to know if the news is the whole story

Sensus Communis (fiscal sponsee)

News divergence analysis. See how different sources cover the same story — and where the narratives split. Tracks global news topics with divergence scores, geographic relevance, and entity tracking.

When you can see the gap between what's reported and what's happening, you can act on better information. Sensus Communis makes the divergence visible so you can decide for yourself what the whole story is.

I need to build infrastructure my community controls

Common Cloud

Community-controlled infrastructure — self-hosted, privacy-first. Tools your community owns, not tools that own your community. Emergency communication networks (Meshcore, solar, Cambium E410, backup Starlink). Sovereign digital infrastructure (NextCloud, Matrix, onion services).

We deploy it, then show you how to build your own. Every tool we run can be handed to communities if we dissolve. That's the design — infrastructure that survives its builders.

I need to think clearly under pressure

Lumiel (fiscal sponsee)

Evidence-based reasoning tools for high-stakes decisions. When the noise is loud and the pressure is high, Lumiel helps you think clearly — grounded in evidence, not emotion.

Founded by Katherine. Fiscally sponsored through Gifted Dreamers. Lumiel is building the tools that help you slow down, evaluate what's in front of you, and make decisions you can stand behind.

Status: Site launching on Cloudflare Pages.

I want to help in a meaningful way

GRUHP + Volunteer

Groceries. Rent. Utilities. Healthcare. Pets. Direct mutual aid — 100% goes to recipients. Zero admin fees. Integrated with Givebutter (fee-free).

The long-term vision: when revenue exceeds operational needs, GRUHP becomes a Universal Basic Income fund — micro-grants funded by resources reverse-extracted from corporate giving programs. Real money, real people, no gatekeeping.

Status: Active.

I need words for what I'm experiencing

The Word

Search infrastructure for structural knowledge. The primary key is what you're experiencing, not what you already know. Four tables — Names (structural vocabulary), Sources (scholarship), Rediscoveries (independent convergence), Bridges (connections between concepts). Currently 158 entries across 11 domains.

Felt-sense search: type what you're carrying, get the structural name and the research behind it. When you can name the pattern, you can find the others who see it too — and together you can change the system that produced it.

Status: Live.
