Organizations building tools, infrastructure, or research that advances community resilience, democratic governance, or civic defense. Must be aligned with Gifted Dreamers' principles: infrastructure not services, community control, no private capture.
How to apply
Submit a project description, alignment statement, and current stage. The board reviews applications quarterly.
